Zoe Behavioral Health’s standard outpatient program (OP) is the step-down level of care for adults who have built a foundation in PHP or IOP, or whose substance use or mental health needs call for regular support without a full-time schedule. You keep your routine and stay connected to a care team.

What Is an Outpatient Program?
Outpatient treatment is the lightest level of structured care: regular individual counseling and group therapy, usually weekly, while you live at home and return to everyday life.
It keeps you connected to a care team while you practice new skills in the real world, and gives you a place to adjust quickly if stress or cravings increase.
OP may be right for you if you
- Have completed PHP or IOP and are stable
- Have a supportive, substance-free home
- Need ongoing support around work, school or family
- Have milder symptoms that don’t need daily treatment

OP is the final step in Zoe’s outpatient continuum. Many people step down into OP after PHP or IOP.

Do you offer detox?
Zoe is an outpatient program and doesn’t provide detox on site. If you need medically supervised detox first, we coordinate it with trusted local providers and help you move into outpatient care afterward.
