Choose the level that fits your life

Not sure which you need? That’s normal. A staff physician recommends your starting level after a free phone assessment, and admissions confirms what your insurance covers.

Most structure

Partial Hospitalization (PHP)

Most of the day in treatment at our Lake Forest center, home or in sober living at night. A strong start after detox, or when you need daily support.

Flexible schedule

Intensive Outpatient (IOP)

Several hours a day, several days a week of individual and group therapy, with room left for work, school and family.

Step-down

Outpatient (OP)

Regular counseling and group therapy as you return to everyday life, with your clinical team still in your corner.

Typical length: PHP and IOP usually run about 90 days, stepping down as you stabilize. A staff physician recommends your starting level after a free phone assessment.
Need detox first? We coordinate detox with trusted local partners, then bring you straight into our program. Dual diagnosis care and MAT (buprenorphine/Suboxone, naltrexone) are available.

Does insurance cover outpatient rehab?
Many commercial and PPO health plans cover PHP, IOP and outpatient addiction treatment. Coverage depends on your plan, so we verify your benefits for free before you start. We don’t accept Medi-Cal or Medicaid.
What’s the difference between PHP and IOP?
PHP is our most structured level, with most of the day spent in treatment. IOP is several hours a day, several days a week, leaving room for work, school and family. Many people start in PHP and step down to IOP and then outpatient.
How long does outpatient treatment last?
PHP and IOP typically run about 90 days. Your length of stay depends on your progress and your treatment plan.
Do you offer detox?
We don’t provide on-site detox. If you need detox first, we coordinate it with trusted local partners and then bring you into our program.
Do you treat mental health too?
Yes. Our dual diagnosis care treats conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma and bipolar disorder alongside addiction, with one team.
Where are you located?
23072 Lake Center Drive, Lake Forest, CA 92630, central to South and Central Orange County.
Is it confidential?
Yes. Calls and forms are confidential and handled in line with HIPAA.
